Volleyball Camp

This summer, West Coast Baptist College will be hosting a week of volleyball team extravaganza! The week will be filled with volleyball, volleyball, and more volleyball. Each day will begin with team clinic sessions instructed by WCBC’s head volleyball coach, Melodie Workman, and several of her college players. The other half of the day will be designated for a fill bracket tournament. At the end of the week, a tournament champion will be awarded the wall bracket, a banner, and a trophy. Along with these awards, an MVP, MIP, and all-tournament teams will be chosen. If the volleyball aspect is not enough to attract you, on Friday morning after the championship game, all of the teams will travel to nearby Valencia for an entire day at Six Flags theme park. We hope that you will take advantage of this amazing opportunity. Because we are anticipating a good response, spaces are limited. So, mark your calendar, talk to your team, and let us know if you and your team are planning to attend. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Camp Information

The cost is $105 and includes individual instruction, team instruction, a camp T-shirt, awards, games, a volleyball tournament, and a trip to Six Flags. Arrival: Monday registration starts at 11:00 A.M. Camp begins at 12:00 P.M.
Departure: Friday at 5:00 P.M.
(Campers may arrive as early as Sunday and leave as late as Saturday if needed.)

What to Bring: Volleyball gear, bedding, toiletries, towels, Bible and spending money for snacks and drinks if wanted.
Do Not Bring: iPods, laptops, electronic games, CD, DVD, or mp3 players, pranks, rock music, cigarettes, alcohol, magazines, a bad attitude, or any weapons. No radios, drugs, firearms, explosives, or profanity are permitted.

Dress: Daily attire: t-shirts and knee-length sports shorts or culottes. Wednesday night: Knee-length or longer skirts or dresses are appropriate.
