The Music Minor teaching area is a 18 credit hour program with courses including Rudiments of Music, Congregational Song Leading, College Choir, Philosophy of Church Music, Christian School Music, Music Theory, and Private Lessons. This teaching area will reward students with a challenging program designed to prepare them to teach music in a Christian school setting. Students majoring in Secondary Education may choose to concentrate in this major teaching area as well as any minor teaching area.
