
Home Economics
The Home Economics Minor teaching area is an 18 credit hour program with courses including Meal Preparation, Home Decor/Management, Infant and Child Care, Clothing Construction 1 & 2, and Teaching Home Economics. This teaching area will reward students with a challenging program designed to prepare them for teaching home economics in a Christian school setting. Students majoring in Secondary Education may choose to concentrate in this major teaching area as well as any minor teaching area.
