The History Major teaching area is a 22 credit hour program with courses including History of Civilization, U.S. History, Teaching H.S. History, 19th Century History, Recent European History, Recent American History, and World War II History. This teaching area is designed as a rewarding program that will prepare students to teach history classes in a Christian school setting. Students majoring in Secondary Education may choose to concentrate in this major teaching area as well as any minor teaching area.
