We Love Our Students Day

WCBC staff and faculty turned this year’s Valentine’s Day into a surprise “We Love Our Students Day.” As students assembled in the main auditorium for what they thought was just another Monday morning soulwinning meeting, the staff and faculty secretly gathered in the balcony. Right at 10:30, the lights went out for just a few seconds, and when they came back on, paper airplanes with redeemable prizes flew from the balcony and descended on the student body. Students flocked to the edge of the balcony to catch the falling planes. For the next thirty minutes, students enjoyed playing fun and crazy games and winning even more prizes.

We Love Our Students Day was just one more opportunity for the staff and faculty to communicate their love to the students. At WCBC, we count it a privilege to train laborers for His harvest, and we’re thrilled for the opportunity to invest in our students’ lives.
